Additional Information

• Reservations are required 24-48 hours in advance. 
  • Same day or urgent services will be charged a surcharge of $10-$20
• Payments are required before services are rendered. 
  • Payments may be made through Venmo, Zelle, or Cash. Checks are not accepted
• Hours
  • Pet sitting is a 24/day service
  • Dog walking will be 7 days a week from 6am-6pm. 
  • Drop ins are from 6am-Midnight
• Holidays
  • All federal holidays are observed
  • Services may still be provided at an additional fee
• Initial Visits
  • Meets and Greets are always free. Walk through of the residence is always scheduled in advance. 
• Cancellations
  • Free Cancellations - Please give 24 hour notice at no charge
  • Any cancellations within 24 hours will inquire a fee and may require future deposits
• Deposits
  • Deposits are required for pet sitting depending on the length of stay
  • Deposits are not usually required for other services, unless a client has a prior no show or late cancellation
